If you're within about 300km of Kelowna, we can get to you.

How long does delivery take?

What wood and finishes are available?

All shelves are built from premium 2x4 lumber. Choose from raw (natural wood), stained (dark walnut or classic oak), or painted (black matte or semi-gloss). Custom colours available on request.

Will standard totes fit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our shelves are designed around standard 27-gallon and similar totes. Each slot is approximately 21 inches wide, 30 inches deep, and 14.5 inches tall. Use the configurator to match your exact tote size.

How much weight can a shelf hold?

Each shelf is rated for heavy-duty storage. The 2x4 construction handles tools, seasonal gear, and fully loaded totes without flexing.

Do I need to assemble anything?

No. We build it in our shop and deliver it ready to use. If you choose Delivery + Install, we'll set it up in your space, level it, and make sure everything fits. Pickup orders are fully assembled too — just load and go.

Can I add onto my shelf later?

Yes. Our shelving is modular — you can add extra columns, rows, or stacks later. Just request a new quote with the additions and we'll make sure it connects seamlessly with your existing unit.

How do I pay?

We accept e-transfer and cash. A deposit may be required for larger orders. Full payment is due upon delivery or pickup unless otherwise arranged.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Stack & Store is fully licensed and insured in British Columbia.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Accepted Answer

For delivery only, we just need access to your space or a safe place to leave the shelf. For Delivery + Install, someone should be home so we can set it up exactly where you want it.

Are totes included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every order comes with brand new HDX 102L storage totes to fill your shelf. You choose the body colour and lid colour in the configurator.
