These terms govern your use of the Stack & Store website and the purchase of custom shelving products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Quotes generated through our online configurator are estimates based on your selected configuration. Final pricing may vary based on material availability, delivery distance, and any custom modifications discussed after the initial quote. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
An order is confirmed once we have agreed on the final configuration and payment terms. We accept e-transfer, cash, and other payment methods as discussed. A deposit may be required for larger orders. Full payment is due upon delivery or pickup unless otherwise arranged.
We offer same-week delivery within the Kelowna and Okanagan area. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be included in your quote. You are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the delivery location. We will contact you to arrange a delivery window.
You may cancel an order before construction begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once construction has started, cancellation may be subject to a fee covering materials and labour already committed. Custom-built shelving is made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless defective.
Our shelves are designed for storage using standard totes (e.g., Commander 27-gallon). Do not exceed the recommended load capacity. Stack & Store is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, overloading, or improper installation. Shelves are intended for indoor use in dry environments.
You agree to use our website and configurator for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the website, submit false information, or use automated systems to access the site in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stack & Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance.
